Mike Williams is a litigator whose practice encompasses commercial, mass tort, and environmental matters. He has litigated class action, civil conspiracy, breach of contract, Uniform Commercial Code, and employment cases in state and federal courts throughout the country, and in domestic and international arbitrations. He also has substantial experience in defending product liability actions on behalf of manufacturers of an array of products, including tires, child car seats, construction equipment, and petroleum products.

At the Northwestern University School of Law, Mike participated in Julius H. Miner Moot Court. At Oxford University, St. Catherine's College, he was a member of the Oxford Union Society
