Monty Cooper is an associate of Wallace King Domike & Reiskin, PLLC and practices in the areas of complex civil litigation, environmental litigation, and products liability defense. Since joining the firm in August of 2005, Mr. Cooper has helped represent corporations in a variety of complex cases ranging from nationwide class actions to individual tort claims. Most notably, he participated in the representation of a foreign corporation engaged in a complex contract dispute before the London Court of International Arbitration. Prior to joining Wallace King, Mr. Cooper served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Patrick Michael Duffy of the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina.

While in law school, he was named a Benjamin Rush Scholar and served as a Notes Editor on the William and Mary Law Review and as a Staff Member on the William and Mary Bill of Rights Journal.
