Peter C. Condron
Peter Condron is a litigator whose practice focuses on toxic tort, product liability and commercial matters. He has defended major oil companies in product liability litigation, class actions, and property damage claims arising from gasoline spills. He also has defended corporate clients in a variety of contract disputes, antitrust matters, arbitrations, and other commercial litigation at both the trial court and appellate level in federal and state courts.
Pete has represented several major oil companies in federal multi-district gasoline additive litigation and in a nationwide class action involving underground storage tanks. He is actively involved in defending a variety of property damage and product liability litigation in federal and state courts throughout the nation.
Pete also has represented major oil companies, natural gas companies and other corporate clients in successful contribution and cost-recovery litigation against insurers and other parties. He also counsels clients on a variety of matters not involving litigation.
