David M. Dorsen
David Dorsen is a litigator. His notable cases include acting as lead counsel representing 200 women who sued the Government Printing Office for sex discrimination and recovered over $20 million; representation of General Westmoreland in his defamation suit against CBS and Mike Wallace; and representation of the Hunt Brothers before the CFTC following the collapse of the silver market.
Prior to joining Wallace King, he was an associate at Kaye Scholer in New York City (1960-63), Assistant United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York (1963-68), Deputy Commissioner of the New York City Department of Investigation (1968-73), and Assistant Chief Counsel, Senate Watergate Committee (1973-74). Since 1974, he has been in private practice. He is also a teacher of Evidence to law students.
