F. Paul Pittman
Paul Pittman's practice focuses on environmental litigation, product liability, class action defense, and toxic tort litigation. He has worked primarily on a nationwide litigation in defense of major oil company's use of a gasoline additive found in various water sources. Paul has also worked on defending against class certification.
In law school, Paul was an intern with the United States Attorney’s Office in Washington D.C. He was also an active participant in the Washington and Lee Moot Court Program, including the John W. Davis Moot Court and Negotiations competitions. Paul also served as President of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society.
In his spare time, Paul enjoys reading, sports and traveling.
