Eric Tew is a litigator with extensive experience in products liability and class action defense. He also has been involved in eminent domain and condemnation proceedings and other complex civil litigation. Eric's products liability practice involves a variety of products, including automobiles, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and food products.

Eric is actively involved in defending products liability suits on a regional and national basis, including the defense of a major U.S. automobile manufacturer in personal injury cases in Virginia, Maryland, the District of Columbia, and Delaware. He has also had extensive experience defending class actions against automobile manufacturers and automotive suppliers. These include multiple, related, putative class actions filed in state courts in various jurisdictions. In the area of eminent domain and condemnation, Eric has represented a state transportation board in highway condemnation proceedings. Eric has defended cases at both the trial and appellate levels. He is also involved in counseling various clients on products liability matters not involving litigation.
