An accomplished appellate advocate as well as a trial litigator, Mr. King has represented clients in a wide variety of complex cases ranging from nationwide class actions to individual tort claims in courts across the country. Mr. King concentrates his practice in the defense of mass tort actions, but has also litigated numerous contract disputes, trade secret cases, defamation and First Amendment issues, insurance coverage claims, and more. In addition, Mr. King is an expert in challenges to agency rulemaking, and represents clients in regulatory challenges before federal and state trial and appellate courts. Mr. King also has extensive experience representing clients in arbitration and mediation of commercial disputes.
