Mimi Dennis is a litigator with extensive experience in products liability, professional malpractice, and other complex civil litigation.  Prior to joining Wallace King, Ms. Dennis worked as an associate at several other law firms in the District of Columbia, focusing on litigation in the areas of medical malpractice, birth injury cases, products liability, premises liability, and other catastrophic negligence cases.  She also has past experience with workers’ compensation cases and social security disability claims in the District of Columbia, as well as compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act. 

While in law school at Georgetown, Ms. Dennis was an Editor of the Georgetown International Environmental Law Review.  She also represented low income clients in the Landlord/Tenant Division of D.C. Superior Court as a student attorney for the D.C. Law Students in Court Clinic. 

Ms. Dennis is a member of the District of Columbia Bar Association and the Maryland Bar Association.  She is a past co-chair of the Young Lawyers’ Forum of the Women’s Bar Association of Washington, D.C.  

She and her husband Roger live in Bethesda with their daughter Sage and son Fletcher.
